Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to release the jewels lying in petitioner's name i.e. Janaki wife of Kingsley Devadasan, vide Jewel Loan Account No.6848974410 dated 10.01.2020 of a sum of Rs.2 lakhs by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 28.07.2021 and 01.09.2021.

Pursuant to the order dated 23.12.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had received the No Objection Certificate and had also handed over the same to the second respondent, who, in turn had released the jewels to the petitioner herein. This brings to an end the issues raised in the Writ Petition.

3. Nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. This Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
