ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the writ petitioner's name from the History Sheet in H.S.No.159/2010 maintained by the third respondent on the basis of the writ petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2024.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2024 will be considered in the next meeting.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.
