This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the fair and reasonable amount of compensation for the death of the petitioner's younger son, who died due to electric shock on 05.03.2023, in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner seeks compensation on account of the electrocution of the petitioner's son in the Tuition Centre. From the FIR, it is seen that there was some negligence on the part of the owner of the building as well as the deceased. However, considering the nature of the claim, this Court is of the view that the petitioner shall file a comprehensive suit for recovery of compensation. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a comprehensive suit before the concerned Court to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
