ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.11.2021. The said submission is recorded.
3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
