CRL OP(MD). No.12758 of 2019 items in question. A1 was arrested and the stolen jewellery was recovered. The involvement of the petitioner came to light after viewing the CCTV footage. In view of the role played by the petitioner, she is not entitled to anticipatory bail. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
