(CRIME NO.221 OF 2018) ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13891 of 2021 dated 20.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY,Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13891 of 2021, dated 20.09.2021.

2.This Court, while granting bail to the petitioners by order, dated 20.09.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13891 of 2021 imposed a condition to the effect that the first petitioner/A2 should report before the respondent police daily twice i.e. at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders and the second petitioner/A3 should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 24.09.2021, without fail.

CRL MP(MD) No.8731 of 2021 4.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the second petitioner/A3 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13891 of 2021, dated 20.09.2021 is fully relaxed and insofar as the first petitioner/A2 is concerned, the condition is modified to the effect that the first petitioner/A2 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
