The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that no complaint was received by the second respondent from the third respondent.

However, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to harass the petitioners and also directed to follow the guidelines issued in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610, if any complaint is lodged by the third respondent.
