Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to include the name of the petitioner and his two sons namely Sagubar and Kerish Khan in the final voters list of the 5th respondent Jamath, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2022, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner sent a representation on 26.07.2022 to the Wakf Board. Till date, his representation has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 have taken steps to conduct election for the fifth respondent to the post of Manager and Executive Committee Members. The respondents 1 to 3 appointed 2/6
the fourth respondent as Election Officer. On the basis of the same, the fourth respondent announced the election vide proceedings dated 23.08.2022. The election is scheduled to be held on 11.09.2022. He would further submit that in the voters list, the voters details were not fully provided and only names and photographs were printed and 16 members newly added without proper verification.

The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the fourth respondent announced the election vide proceedings dated 23.08.2022 and the election is scheduled to be held on 11.09.2022, the election process commenced. He would further submit that after verification only, the voter list prepared and if the petitioner is having any objections, he can make a written representation to the concerned officer and the same will be considered and proper steps will be taken.

Considering the above submissions, this Court directs the petitioner, if he has any grievance with regard to the preparation of voters list or improper registration of voters, etc., to furnish all particulars to the concerned respondent with proper acknowledgment. The concerned official will take appropriate action.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
