2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending and the petitioner is having three previous cases.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12297 of 2023 on 06.07.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
