ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 295 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.06.2024 made in E.P.No.01 of 2024 in Old Petition No.194 of 2008 in new petition No.2 of 2016 filed by the landlord/respondent as against the petitioners/tenants for eviction on the ground of wilful default, on the file of the Special Sub Collector, Revenue Court, Lalgudi. 3.Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, the possession of the property was handed over to the respondent/landlord and nothing remains to be further considered in this petition.

4.Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
