Prayer in CRL A(MD) No.603 of 2019:

To call for records in S.S.C.No.47 of 2016 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai and set aside the conviction passed by Judgment dated 13.10.2019. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MOHANDOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on these petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3738 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.603 of 2019 dated 29.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
