PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No.105 of 2016 on day to day basis. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No.105 of 2016 on day to day basis.

2. In C.C.No.105 of 2016 already this Court has directed the trial court to complete the trial in Crl.R.C(MD) No.319 of 2014 by an order dated 29.08.2018 directing the trial court to complete the trial within a period of six months. Thereafter the accused Nos. 6 and 8 also filed quash petition before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19258 of 2016 and the same was also dismissed by this court on 08.10.2018. Further the trial Court could not complete the trial with the time stipulated by this Court vide order dated 29.09.2018.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.105 of 2016 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
