ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between him and the third respondent.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that since a civil suit in O.S.No.48 of 2020 is pending between the petitioner and the private respondents before District Munsif Court, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District, the complaint submitted by the third respondent with the second respondent was closed.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
