Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SIVAPRAKASH.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (CRL SIDE) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12157 of 2021, dated 01.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 30.09.2021 to 25.10.2021.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
