ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent pertaining to the money transactions and promissory note. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that no complaint has been received from the fourth respondent and no enquiry is pending on the file of the third respondent.

3.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, except any crime committed by the petitioner.
