ORDER
After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition, but makes a plea to preserve the rights of the writ petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation on the same cause of action. 2.Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file, which reads as follows:
"Writ Petition is withdrawn with liberty to file a PIL."
3. Endorsement is reiterated in the hearing.
4. In the light of the endorsement in the case file and reiteration of the same, instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the right of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. No costs.
