Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANA KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.M.P(MD) No.10269 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17171 of 2022 dated 14.12.2021 for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the order was passed on 02.11.2021, the petitioners were unable mobilize the funds, hence he seeks extension of time to comply with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.10530 of 2022 petitioners have not taken any steps to file a petition within the time.

4. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition for anticipatory bail.
