The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to impugned Detention order in Cr.M.P.No. 21/2024 dated 08.07.2024 passed by the 2nd Respondent and set aside the same, by setting the detenue by name S.Kannan S/o.Somasundaram Pillai, aged 59 years and set his at liberty now detained at Central Prison, Trichy, Trichy District. him at liberty forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.6024, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 30.08.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
