This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.129 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Theni.

2.The defacto complainant/V.M.Sagunthala Devi is present before this Court in person. She has been duly identified by Ms.Mercy Clara, WHC 1745 attached to first respondent police station.
