Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. This criminal original petition has been filed seeking police protection.

3. The petitioners are not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional civil Court. Therefore, the question of invoking jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. does not arise at all.

4. Leaving open the remedies and the rights of the petitioners, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
