O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.2 police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a dispute in respect of conducting of the temple festival, thereby the respondent No. 3 has filed a complaint before the police and an enquiry was conducted by the police and the complaint of the respondent No.3 was closed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that basing on the complaint given by the respondent No.3, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.792 of 2023 and both parties were advised to go over to the Tahsildar concerned, who will conduct the peace committee meeting. Accordingly, the dispute has been resolved.

4.Since the issue between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 has already been resolved in respect of conducting of the temple festival, no further orders can be passed in this case.

5.Accordingly, this Petition is closed.
