The petitioner, an unsuccessful bidder, has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the fourth respondent to conduct re-auction for collecting license fee for Viralimalai Santhaipettai for the period 2018-19. 2/4
2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the tender was already awarded to the sixth respondent and that the tender period itself is over.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index :
