PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.166/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 29.07.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 307, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.166 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to pathway dispute, on 27.07.2022 at about 11AM, the accused persons assaulted the defacto complainant and his wife, abused them with filthy language. Hence, the complaint has been registered against the accused persons.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, prays to release him on bail.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the injured was discharged from the hospital only on 18.08.2022 and the injured sustained injures on the left forearm and left upper arm. However, he would submit that the petitioner is not having any previous case.

No.15634 of 2022 5.Considering the pathway dispute between the parties, injured has been discharged from the hospital, the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner is not having any bad antecedent at his credit, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
