ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the property belongs to Arulmigu Sri Mariyamman Temple, situated in Survey Nos.744/3 and 744/13, Kuttam Revenue Village, Tisayanvillai Taluk, Tirunelveli, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2025.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.P.Naveenkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that he is the one of the administrators of the above mentioned temple. The Natham Nilavari Thitta Register stands in the name of the Temple. The petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents on 31.05.2025, seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not filed any online application and hence, his request has not been considered. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted an online application seeking survey of the subject property before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own

merits within a further period of twelve weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
