O R D E R

The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent in Detention Order No.71/2024, dated 04.07.2024 and to quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely the petitioner's husband, Arulmurugan, son of Subban, aged about 46 years and now detained at Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.5981, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 28.08.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
