ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A5 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 498-A, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.25 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, see anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the 1st petitioner/A1 is the husband of the de-facto complainant and the petitioners 2 to 5/A2 to A5 are in-laws of the de-facto complainant and all of them harassed the defacto complainant by demanding more dowry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and due to family dispute between the petitioners and the de-facto complainant, a false case has been foisted against the petitioners and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. It is further submitted that earlier the matter was referred to mediation centre, but the medication could not succeed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, the respondent has completed the investigation and laid a charge sheet.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the interim anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners, dated 23.09.2014 is made regular.
