This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to proceed with her complaint as made as against the respondents 2 to 4 in pursuance of the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam made in Crl.M.P.No.2871 of 2023, dated 04.05.2023 in accordance with law and register the same as a crime under Indian Penal Code forthwith.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that as per the directions of Dean, Madurai Medical College, Madurai, a team was constituted headed by the Joint Director, District Head Quarter Hospital, Usilampatti, Madurai and the team after examining the both parties, have submitted a report and on the basis of the report, the complaint came to be closed and he has also filed the proceedings of the first respondent.
