This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 481 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order made in M.C.O.P.No.673 of 2021, dated 27.2.2023,on the file of Principal District Judge, Karur. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this Petition.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
