This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.219 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the leaned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the trial this case is over and the petitioner was also acquitted from all charges by judgement dated 22.01.2015. A copy of the said judgment has also been produced before this Court.
