This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the respondent dated 22.03.2018 in letter No. 6209(4)1/SE/DB/2017 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The petitioner was blocklisted and debarred for the period of two years. Now, two years period expired. Insofar as forfeiture of the EMD amount deposited by the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the respondent. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to re-consider the same in accordance with law.
