Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in O.Mu.No.932/A4/2018 dated 16.03.2018 and to quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to approve the appointment of petitioner in the post of Sweeper in the fifth respondent school from the date of initial appointment on 15.03.2018 with all consequential and other attendant benefits along with interest within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
