This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the complaint dated 31.07.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.99 of 2023 and after enquiry, the same was closed on 21.08.2023.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
