ORDER

The petitioner filed the present writ petition, directing the respondents to consider and fix his monthly salary as per 7th Pay commission, based on his representation, dated 05.08.2019. 2.Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. According to the petitioner, pursuant to the advertisement issued in Dinamani daily, he attended the interview and was appointed as Librarian on consolidated pay of Rs.6,000/- in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.19786 of 2019 December, 2011. He was paid with the salary of Rs.9,700/- from 1.10.2017. But, he was given only Rs.6,000/- from May, 2019. In the circumstances, he made representations, dated 05.08.2019 and 26.08.2019 to the respondents. However, no order was passed thereon sofar by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come out with the present writ petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 05.08.2019 and 26.08.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
