O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus seeking direction against the respondents, particularly against the second respondent to restore the patta nos.2657 and 2164 which stands in his name along with his brothers regarding the properties in SR.No.502/1 and 513/3A,B measuring of 6 acre 69 cents in E.Malampatti village, Melur taluk, Madurai District.
2. The mandamus is directed against both the respondents to not only issue notice to the petitioner herein but also to any other rival claimants, conduct enquiry and then proceed in the manner known to law and with respect of the representation given by the petitioner herein.
3. A fresh representation through online in accordance with the procedures now in force may be given by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
order and after that on receipt of such an application, if it is in order, the second respondent is directed to proceed further and pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks therefrom.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
