This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and measure the petitioners' land in S.Nos.333/3, 331/5 and 332/3 situated at Parampur Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukottai District, by considering the petitioners' representation, dated 04.11.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that already the petitioners' property in S.Nos.333/3, 331/5 and 332/3 situated at Parampur Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukottai District has been surveyed on 15.09.2022.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 21.11.2022 akv 2/4
