********* (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J) This Contemp Petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.15206 of 2022, dated 15.11.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The above Writ Petition filed by the Writ Petitioner seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 5 and 6 in the Oorani Amman Kovil Road,situated in S.No.286/1, A.Kalapur Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District, was disposed of by this Court, with a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to proceed with 2/5

the removal of encroachment in question, after affording sufficient opportunity to the Petitioner, respondents 5 and 6 and all other parties concerned and by following due process of law. 4.Complaining that the respondents 1 to 4 have not taken any action as per the direction of this Court, the above Contempt Petition is filed.

5.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has produced before this Court photographs showing that the alleged encroachment made by the respondents 5 and 6 has been removed by engaging heavy macheneries.

6.Recording the statement of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 that the order of this Court made in the above Writ Petition has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
