PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made in Survey No.157, Kezha Tiruchendur Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District by the 4th respondent within time to be stipulated by this Court.

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent in Survey No.157, Kezha Tiruchendur Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District within a time frame.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3

jointly submitted that the encroachment has already been removed in the manner known to law and as on date, no encroachment exists in the place in question. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
