ORDER
The proceedings initiated under Section 8-F of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provident Funds Act is challenged in this writ petition.
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing it is reported that this petitioner has already filed an appeal in ATA.No.596 of 2018 as against the order passed under Section 7-A of the Act, before the appellate tribunal and the appellate tribunal has entertained the appeal and granted an order of interim stay and therefore, they have not proceeded further.
3.Recording the above submission this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.10.2024 DSK 2/4
