Prayer in Crl A(MD) No.66 of 2024:- The Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14(A)(2) of the Schedule Castes and Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989(Amended by Act 1 of 2016), to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1387 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Trial Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Theni dated 09.01.2024 and set aside the same as illegal and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with the Cr.No.464/2023 on the file of respondent police by allowing the appeal. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Dinesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Sathi Kumar, Government Advocate, for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:
"This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A(MD)No.66 of 2024 dated 15.02.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.
