Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the first respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.8438/G4/2015 dated 11.04.2018 and the consequential proceedings issued by the second respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.1055/E3/2018 dated 19.03.2018 (signed on 17.04.2018), quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to disburse forthwith the salary payable to the petitioner from 20.02.2015 onwards to till date and further allow the petitioner to discharge duties as Honorary Director of Physical Education under the self financing section of the fourth respondent College.
