ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

The petitioner / Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. Not known of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there exists a civil dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. On 11.07.2023 at about 03.00 p.m., due to the previous civil dispute, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and in this incident, the petitioners have caused injury to the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocents, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. They has been falsely implicated in this case and seek for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that it is a dispute between two families and a counter case also filed against the defacto complainant herein. On two complaints, two CSRs have been registered and investigation is pending.

5. Let the enquiry in both the complaints, be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any trouble arisen during the course of enquiry, the petitioners may workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With this direction and liberty, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
