The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to provide relief under the Tamil Nadu Chief Ministers Public Relief Fund to the petitioner by considering her representation dated 22.03.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the 2/5

representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2024, seeking relief under the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for the injury caused to him, has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent and the same will be considered and orders would be passed. Considering the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
