For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.150 of 2019 on the file of the respondent.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner is figuring as A2 in Crime No.150 of 2019 registered on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 379 and 307 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, 1957. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The petitioner is the owner of the vehicle in question. He is not having previous case. The specific overt acts attributed only against the driver.

CRL OP(MD). No.12664 of 2019 undertakes to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust and on such deposit, he is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Illuppur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
