ORDER
Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2026 and to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for fencing the petitioner's property situated in Survey No. 211/B1, Thennilai South Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District, this writ petition is filed.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.
3. The subject property originally belonged to the 3rd respondent, who is the judgment debtor in O.S.No.28 of 2014 on the file of the District Court, Karur. The subject property was sold in Court auction. One K.Boopathi became the successful auction purchaser, from whom the petitioner had purchased the same under a registered sale deed dated 30.10.2024 vide Document No.2257 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Chinnadharapuram. Thereafter, when he took efforts to fence his property, the same was objected by the judgment debtor. In this regard, the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 05.06.2026 in which C.S.R.No.106 of 2026 was issued. Thereafter, no action has been taken. Hence, this writ petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with respect to the complaint received from the petitioner, enquiry is pending.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
6. In this regard, the 2nd respondent is directed to put the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent on notice under Section 64 BNSS, conduct an enquiry and thereafter, provide adequate police protection for the petitioner for fencing the subject property of this writ petition in terms of the sale certificate.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 24.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No gbg 3/5
