Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned 'Mahasabai Notice' through his proceedings No. -NIL-, dated 03.12.2020 and set asid the same as illegal and consequently directing the 1st respondent to stop all further proceedings in connection with the impugned notice by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2020. O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the election notification issued by the second respondent. The second respondent is not a State Instrumentality within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India. The fundamental rights of the petitioner have not been infringed in this case. More than anything else, the meeting itself was scheduled to be held on 27.12.2020. We are now on 05.01.2021. The subject matter has become infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to pursue the other remedies available to him in law.
