Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents nos.1 to 4 to co-ordinate with the festival committee to celebrate Varusabisegam, 1008 Thiruvilaku Poojai will be held on 05.04.2018 and directing the fifth respondent to provide police protection to the festival grant permission to arrange light and sound based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2018.
