This Writ Petition Criminal is filed to provide adequate permission and protection to conduct temple festival (Kodai Vizha) at Thatchan Kallathi Madasamy at Vannikonendal, Manur Taluk, Tirunelveli District which is scheduled to be held from 28.08.2025 to 30.08.2025 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the temple festival ended on 30.08.2025.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
