Prayer CMA.(MD)No.23 of 2024:- Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under section 55 of the Divorce Act 1869 r/w 19(1) of Family Courts Act, to call for the records in I.D.O.P.No.148 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thanjavur and set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 08.12.2022.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. R.S. Sivaram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. C. Padmaraj, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court directed the appellant to deposit Rs.10,00,000/-, vide order, dated 14.03.2024. However, the appellant has deposited Rs.6,00,000/- till now. The appellant is seeking time to deposit the balance Rs.4,00,000/- in installments. Therefore, this Court is inclined to grant the same. 2.This Court is directing the appellant to deposit the first installment of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 01.10.2024, second installment of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 04.11.2024, third installment of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 02.12.2024 and fourth installment of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 02.01.2025. The respondent is directed to furnish the bank account details to the appellant and the appellant is directed to deposit the above said installments in the said bank account. If there is 2/4
