ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that he is being harassed by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint given by the 3rd respondent was enquired and the same was closed as money dispute. Therefore, they are not harassing the petitioner.
