ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 16.03.2023 in W.P.(MD) No.4748 of 2020.

2. The very filing of the contempt petition is erroneous, since orders have been passed on 22.06.2023 by the respondent herein in keeping with the directions of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.4748 of 2020. Therefore, there is compliance of the order of this Court.

3. For the above reasons, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
